As part of the development of our activities and in order to strengthen the support of our purchasers, we are looking for a: Customer Relations Manager -- Real Estate Developments (80 %)Your mission You are the sole interlocutor for our purchasers between the purchase of their future home and its delivery. A true link between the clients, our Development team, and our works directors, you ensure the quality of their support, compliance with deadlines, and the good coordination of the different stages of their project. Your role is simultaneously relational, technical, and organizational. Your responsibilities * Welcome and support purchasers from the reservation of their future home. * Organize and lead client meetings, in collaboration with the technical teams. * Present services and support purchasers in their choices of materials, equipment, and finishes. * Collect, formalize, and coordinate purchaser modification requests. * Ensure the follow-up of offers, validations, and deadlines related to choices and modifications. * Collaborate closely with architects, works directors, and administrative teams. * Guarantee regular, clear, and proactive communication with purchasers throughout the construction. * Anticipate difficulties, coordinate responses, and ensure the resolution of requests within the deadlines. * Participate in pre-delivery visits and the handing over of keys. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and customer experience. Your profile * Training in the building sector, ideally in architecture, building design, interior architecture, or equivalent training. * Proven experience in the construction sector, ideally within a general contracting company, an architecture firm, or in the management of purchaser modifications. * Good understanding of plans, construction techniques, and the different stages of a construction site. * Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, and ease in exchanges with a demanding clientele. * Organized, autonomous, proactive personality capable of managing several files simultaneously. * Ability to demonstrate diplomacy, firmness, and pragmatism when the situation requires it. * Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. * Good command of standard IT tools.
