In order to complete our accounting department, we are looking for

an assistant accountant in real estate

Your missions :

• Participate in the preparation of the closing of accounts PPE/ Management/ Heating/ DFA, under the supervision of the accountant,
• Respond to clients regarding heating or management statements,
• Control open items and justify them,
• Process receipts manually,
• Enter supplier documents,
• Various administrative tasks,
• File various documents.

Profile sought :

• Hold a CFC as a commercial employee and justify experience in a real estate agency or in a similar position,
• Knowing Quorum is an asset,
• Have initiative and a developed sense of organization allowing for the support of the general accounting team,
• Master office IT tools (under Windows XP environment: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Have a good command of French.
