To strengthen our new Information Systems team, we are looking for our future:

IT Project Manager, application orientation at 80-100%

Reporting to the Director of the Information Systems department, you will lead IT projects with a dominant application focus, from their scoping to their production launch. At the interface between business units, the IT team, and external partners, you will transform business needs into concrete, reliable solutions adapted to the challenges of movodis SA.

You will play a central role in building the new IT organization of movodis SA and contribute to the evolution of its application portfolio, its processes, and its working methods.

Your responsibilities

• Lead application projects: define objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, costs, and risks. You will implement project governance, ensure monitoring of their progress, and prepare the necessary elements for reporting and decision-making;
• Analyze business needs: facilitate workshops with users and process managers, formalize needs, write functional specifications and acceptance criteria, then contribute to the prioritization of requests;
• Coordinate actors and suppliers: ensure coordination between business units, the IT team, editors, integrators, and other service providers. You will monitor commitments, deliverables, risks, as well as open points and ensure the proper integration of solutions into the existing IT environment;
• Organize tests and deployments: plan and coordinate tests, business acceptance testing, corrections, and production launches. You will support transitions to operations and ensure that documentation is complete and up to date;
• Support change management: prepare the necessary materials, training, and communications and promote the adoption of new solutions by users;
• Contribute to application governance: participate in the mapping and monitoring of the application portfolio, identify risks, obsolescence, and opportunities for evolution or simplification, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT methods and processes.

Your profile

• HES Bachelor's in computer science, business management, information systems, or an equivalent deemed education;
• Training in project management (HERMES, IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent);
• 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in managing IT or application projects;
• Experience in business needs analysis, writing functional specifications, and conducting acceptance testing;
• Solid skills in planning and monitoring costs, deadlines, risks, deliverables, and reporting;
• Experience in coordinating editors, integrators, suppliers, or other IT service providers;
• Good understanding of the application lifecycle, IT integration, interfaces, and data governance;
• Excellent organizational skills, capacity for analysis and synthesis, with ease in the formalization and monitoring of decisions;
• Functional leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to unite and negotiate with technical and business interlocutors, without a hierarchical link;
• Autonomy, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility, with an orientation towards results, quality, and user satisfaction.
