UAP (Autonomous Production Unit) Workshop Manager in Haute Horlogerie (M/F)

Mission

As part of this function, reporting to our Habillement Division, you will ensure the management of the team and all production activities of the UAP Boîtes en Haute Horlogerie (HAH) workshop, comprising milling, turning, diamond cutting, and polishing activities. In close collaboration with another UAP HAH workshop and other workshops within the Division, as well as support services, you will ensure the performance of your workshop by guaranteeing the achievement of production objectives and compliance with Patek Philippe standards, while promoting the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and lead times to achieve objectives.
• Ensure training support and the development of versatility within the Workshop.
• Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, decrease waste rates and operating times.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan and guarantee the application of Patek Philippe standards.
• Advance the activity and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with other Workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal Clients and other Services and Divisions.

Profile sought

• ES Technician or other diploma deemed equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical knowledge of traditional production trades and CNC.
• Knowledge in production management.
• Proficiency in office tools (MS Office).
• Knowledge of an ERP (SAP) is a plus.
• Ease in written and oral communication and listening skills.
• Ability to unite a team around a common goal.
• Proactive, with decision-making and organizational skills.
• Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Team spirit and ability to adapt.
