Intervention and patrol services coordinator

Your main tasks:

• Coordinate and supervise intervention and patrol activities in the different sectors;
• Organize schedules and mission coverage, ensuring continuity of service;
• Guarantee operational follow-up and quality of services, day and night;
• Support teams on a daily basis and ensure their supervision and operational training;
• Ensure follow-up of client requests and complaints and implement necessary corrective actions;
• Actively participate in field operations.

Your profile:

• Experience as a security agent;
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
• Perfect mastery of French (written and oral);
• Comfortable with office tools (MS Office);
• Acute sense of responsibility, rigor and reliability;
• Stress resistance and calmness in all circumstances;
• Taste for teamwork and respect for hierarchy;
• Spirit of learning and continuous improvement;
• Available 24/24 and 7/7.

Working conditions:

• Indefinite term employment contract
• Activity rate at 100%
• Employment conditions according to the Collective Labour Agreement (CCT) of the private security branch
• Parking space available
