YOUR MAIN TASKS :

Production organization

• Supervise and ensure production launches in collaboration with the planning department
• Ensure good production conduct to guarantee compliance with set volumes, costs, quality, and deadlines
• Support employees in production fine-tuning
• Analyze performance, produced volumes and identify potential delays or anomalies in connection with the production director and planning
• Organize corrective maintenance of equipment and installations in connection with the maintenance department

Management and supervision of teams

• Supervise teams on a daily basis and promote versatility
• Drive the integration of new recruits, structure training paths and sustain the transfer of know-how
• Ensure good internal communication and resolve daily conflicts or problems
• Organize and follow up on personnel interviews

Control and quality

• Ensure and monitor the application of quality requirements
• Rigorously enforce hygiene, safety and environmental rules on the production site
