YOUR MISSION

• Ensure that all data necessary for the monthly billing of services is corrected and available within the imposed deadlines.
• Manage deadlines and control OPAS files (Ordonnance pour les prestations de l'assurance des soins).
• Analyze anomalies in the activity reports of the department's collaborators.
• Identify and correct billing errors of the department.
• Ensure the dissemination of information with the persons concerned.
• Ensure the interface with other internal services and the Direction.
• Manage the distribution and return of CMS mobile devices, in collaboration with the mobility fleet manager (Service des Systèmes d'Information et des Télécommunications de l'AVASAD).
• Contribute to the training of collaborators in using mobile tools during the onboarding of new collaborators and during the renewal of tools: familiarization with the smartphone and the tablet and use of the basic functionalities of these tools.

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent with a first experience, ideally in home care.
• Good knowledge of smartphone and tablet environments and usual IT tools.
• Good mastery of the functionalities of mobile tools in these two environments.
• Capacity and motivation to transmit and accompany: communication, adaptation, structure, pedagogical sense.
• Availability and flexibility to respond to requests.
• Driver's license.
