Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform group, to shape the foundations that will power Nexthink's next generation of AI-driven capabilities.

Nexthink is entering a new phase of its platform evolution. We are rethinking our core architecture to evolve towards the future and enable new AI-powered experiences. As part of this transformation, you will work on fundamental capabilities that will make Nexthink even more open, modular, and intelligent, so that new features and experiences can be delivered faster and with greater impact.

A key mission for the platform in the coming years is to make Nexthink much simpler to adopt, deploy, and derive value from. Achieving this vision will require significant simplification of the platform and deep integration of AI to automatically guide customers through configuration, setup, and analytics.

This role requires a systems thinker who thrives in complex technical environments and loves connecting strategy to execution. You will transform ambiguity into structure, help redefine how our platform supports AI-driven use cases, and foster collaboration between teams to make this a reality. You will collaborate closely with other platform product managers, architects, and functional teams to design these foundations, ensuring that the Nexthink platform evolves technically while enabling IT teams of all sizes to succeed with minimum effort.

What you will do

Shape Nexthink's next-generation platform: define and evolve platform capabilities that make the product faster to develop, easier to scale, and ready for AI-powered experiences.

enable simplicity through AI: collaborate with engineering and functional teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can simplify configuration, setup, and continuous management for IT teams.

Foster collaboration between teams: work with other platform and functional product managers to identify integration points and design high-impact reusable components.

Transform complexity into clarity: define clear outcomes for the platform, technical abstractions, and trade-offs aligning engineering, data, and product priorities.

Drive platform modernization outcomes: collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to translate long-term technical initiatives into a clear product vision, a roadmap, and measurable impact.

Ensure consistent platform evolution: anticipate cross-domain dependencies and make prioritization and sequencing decisions that keep the platform aligned and reliable.

Qualifications

Experience: more than 7 years in product management in enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms.

Technical skills: solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures.

Systems thinking: strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, define scalable solutions, and connect technical trade-offs to business value.

Interpersonal skills: proven ability to interact credibly with enterprise IT teams, translating complex concepts into clear outcomes for customers.

Communication: clear, concise, and structured communicator, capable of influencing and aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.

Language skills: professional English, spoken and written.

Mindset: entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and adaptable; autonomous, thriving in fast-paced environments and learning new technical domains quickly.

Collaboration: passionate about solving complex problems in a constructive, cross-functional, and global team setting.
