Sales Advisor (M/F)

Your mission

For one of our clients, a long-established company in the energy sector, we are looking for an internal Sales Advisor (M/F) to strengthen the sales team. You are the reference contact person for your customers: you advise them, follow up with them, and maintain the relationship on a daily basis. Your tasks: Manage and follow up on an existing client portfolio; Actively sell by telephone; Advise and follow up with customers, including during client visits; Perform administrative work related to sales

Your profile

You are a customer-oriented person, comfortable in contacts and motivated by finding solutions. You have: A CFC in retail management, or an equivalent training; Proven experience in sales and negotiation; A good command of standard IT tools; Very good knowledge of German. You are: Responsible, conscientious and motivated; Possessing a good team spirit; Comfortable under stress
