As part of the opening of a new class, we are looking for a specialized teacher ready to participate in this new project and to help each pupil progress at their own pace. Your role * Participate in the implementation of the new class: organization, layout and initial pedagogical benchmarks, in connection with the team * Build tailor-made teaching: define, monitor and evaluate the objectives of the Individualized School Project of each pupil, starting from their abilities and their needs * Help pupils gain autonomy and integrate socially, by transferring their learning into concrete everyday situations * Imagine pedagogical approaches adapted to heterogeneous groups, making the diversity of profiles a strength * Be present in the life of the school and accompany pupils throughout their day * Take part in the dynamics of the institution, in a spirit of openness and interdisciplinary collaboration What you bring * A Master's in special education or curative pedagogy, or an equivalent recognized title by the HEP Vaud or the CDIP * Ideally, experience and training in the field of intellectual disability and associated issues * Good knowledge of autism spectrum disorders, an appreciated asset * Artistic talents (music, theatre...)?
