As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Mortgage Credit Officer to strengthen our team. You will play a central role in the analysis and validation of real estate financing files, while collaborating closely with our advisors and our financial partners.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze the compliance of mortgage financing requests and evaluate their feasibility for different principals
• Expertise in complex situations and contribute to the continuous improvement of credit processes.
• Management of new volumes, renewals and risks
• Communication - Collaborate closely with mortgage advisors and financial partners in order to find suitable financing solutions.
• Development & responsibilities - With your experience in the mortgage field, you will evolve towards a controller role and assume the second verification of credit requests.

Requirements

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in credit analysis and/or the mortgage field
• A good sense of numbers, risks and opportunities
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; English and other national languages are an asset
• Team spirit - you are reliable, autonomous and actively involved
• Analytical personality with a high level of demand regarding quality
• Interpersonal skills and sense of contact with clients and partners
