Your tasks

• You work in sales back-office in our Murten agency
• You are the first and competent contact person for our customers on the phone and at the reception
• You carry out telephone and personal consultations and specifically identify consultation and closing opportunities within the existing customer base
• You create tailor-made offers, adjust insurance coverages according to needs, and update customer data
• You actively strengthen and expand existing customer relationships, identify cross-selling and upselling potentials, and convince new customers with your open manner
• You answer incoming written customer inquiries independently, efficiently, and with quality awareness according to the specifications of Visana

Your profile

• You have a commercial vocational training and experience in customer contact or sales
• You enjoy advising customers holistically, solution-oriented, and reliably
• Ideally, you have a VBV certification
• You communicate clearly, friendly, and convincingly - even in demanding conversation situations
• Your German skills are very good; any further language is a plus
• You work in a structured, reliable, and result-oriented manner and are proficient in using common Office programs
