It also supports young people in initial training, and employs a significant number of collaborators in adapted employment (Pôle socio-professionnel).For its graphic design, multimedia and writing sector, the Foundation is looking for:A socioprofessional instructor in graphic design/multimediaDescription of the position: Within the graphic design, multimedia and writing sector team, you will collaborate with the other workshops of the Pôle in order to meet the communication mission, by supporting collaborators with disabilities in the production of communication materials and the realization of external orders (Newspaper, Annual Report, publications for social networks, brochures, flyers, posters, signage, website, etc).You will notably be responsible for:the smooth running of the workshop activities and the proper conduct of projectsfrom the monitoring of client orders by ensuring they are completed on time and with the required qualityfrom the creation of content by and for people with disabilitiesfrom the integration and training of trainees and apprentices benefiting from an Invalidity Insurance (AI) measure as well as collaborators in adapted employmentfrom providing theoretical and practical courses to the workshop beneficiariesQualifications: * Hold a CFC in graphic design, media technology or equivalent title * Edupro trainer certificate or willingness to undergo training * A strong interest or experience in the social, cultural and disability sector * Experience in training apprentices desired * Proven writing skills * Knowledge of journalism or digital communication, an asset * Skills in photography and video, an asset * A sense of responsibility and an aptitude to work autonomously * Mastery of computer tools and new technologies related to the activity (Adobe Suite, WordPress, Microsoft Office) * Swiss nationality or valid permit We offer: * A fascinating and dynamic working environment. * Quality services supported by a recognized organization * Salary and working conditions: according to the [CCT AGOEER](< >) and the internal regulations of the [Fondation Clair Bois](< >).
