As part of the replacement of an employee who will shortly be leaving the company, we are looking for a Procurement Manager & Warehouse Worker M/F/X. A handover period is planned to facilitate a quick and efficient takeover.

Your mission
-------------

A true interface between suppliers, internal departments, and stocks, you ensure the availability of components and actively participate in the proper management of the supply chain.

Main responsibilities

• Handle stockouts, requests for lead times, purchase recommendations, as well as the needs of internal customers.
• Analyze procurement situations taking into account availability, consumption forecasts, item life cycles, supplier reliability, and logistical constraints.
• Prepare and validate purchase orders while guaranteeing their compliance.
• Ensure full follow-up of orders: confirmations, supplier reminders, management of delays, inspection of deliveries, and processing of billing discrepancies.
• Optimize and adjust procurement parameters in compliance with the stock management policy.
• Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Accounting teams, and various internal customers.
• Maintain a daily relationship with suppliers to ensure the fluidity of supplies.
• Receive goods and guarantee their availability to stocks and the concerned services.
• Actively participate in stock management and the performance of inventories.
• Occasionally perform handling operations requiring the use of a forklift.
