Works Director 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Expertise in writing tenders
• Proven skills in works management
• Development and monitoring of detailed financial plans
• Efficient management of accounts and invoicing
• Support for project design and planning

Profile

• CFC in building drafting
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar position in Switzerland
• Excellent knowledge of SIA standards
• Autonomy, rigor, team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of French, both written and oral
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and other industry-related software
• Driver's license required
