As Private Clients Team Leader - Brokers Romandie, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and play a key role in developing relationships with brokers in the West region. You will be at the heart of Zurich's strategy, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal broker management and the achievement of commercial objectives. Your missions * Leading a team, defining individual and collective objectives, and supporting the professional development of employees, in a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement * Developing and managing relationships with key brokers in the West region, implementing growth strategies, and monitoring key performance indicators * Coordinating flows between the Broker Account Management Persona Line (BAMPL) and Entry Point teams to ensure efficient and quality service * Contributing to commercial planning, monitoring portfolio profitability, and promoting Zurich solutions to brokers * Active participation in digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives, in compliance with Zurich standards regarding compliance and data protection Your profile * Higher education in economics, management, insurance or equivalent, ideally completed by a certification in the insurance field * Proven experience in broker management and team management, with demonstrated skills in coaching and performance management * Solid understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and CRM/digital tools * Excellent communication skills, an ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, and a sense of initiative * Proficiency in French and a good knowledge of German and/or English as an important asset Good to know Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Workplace: [Crissier, Vaud](< ;,,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x567df4cbfe85ac75!8m2!3d!4d?sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiv6rbB6tn2AhUsgv0HHcLvAyMQ_BJ6BAhEEAU&shorturl=1>) Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed Business travel: up to 10% per year Hybrid work: up to 40% Everything about your application Initially, you can apply directly online.
