ai4 is an architecture and interior architecture firm located in Geneva (headquarters), Lausanne and Porto, which has more than thirty collaborators.

In order to strengthen its Geneva team, we are looking for:

. Architectural direction and construction management of various projects (simultaneously)

. Management of teams, clients and companies

profile

. Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural direction and construction management, including team management

. Experience in the administrative and financial management of projects: construction schedules, drafting of tenders, control of company offers; monitoring of clients, representatives and companies; monitoring and updating of general estimates, monitoring and control of invoicing

. Ease in team management

. Proficiency in Autocad software

. Excellent command of French (oral and written)

. Very good knowledge of Excel and Word tools

. Ability to work in an autonomous, structured and rigorous manner

. Proactive spirit, sense of detail and technical precision

. Sense of responsibility and respect for confidentiality

. Good management of stress and priorities in a multi-project environment
