Your profile
You hold a degree in civil engineering.
You benefit from at least 10 years of experience in the management of underground infrastructure projects, ideally in the field of railway or road tunnels.
You have proven experience as a project manager and have successfully led complex mandates involving multiple stakeholders.
You are familiar with Swiss standards, directives, and practices as well as the specificities of the Romand market.
You wish to play an active role in the development of the tunnel and underground structures market in Suisse romande.
You enjoy teamwork and thrive in collaborative environments bringing together specialists from different disciplines.
Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you develop trusting relationships with clients, partners, and authorities.
Rigorous, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, you are capable of steering ambitious projects while uniting teams around common objectives.
The mission
You take responsibility for underground infrastructure projects and support our clients throughout the life cycle of the mandates, from preliminary studies to commissioning.
In this capacity, you:
Ensure the technical, organizational, and financial management of projects.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mobilize the necessary skills at each phase of the project.
Guarantee the quality of services, respect for deadlines, and cost control.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and authorities.
Contribute actively to the positioning and development of the group's tunnel and underground structures activities in Suisse romande.
