Are you passionate about mechanics and do you also enjoy contact with customers? We are looking for a versatile professional capable of primarily ensuring workshop work while taking charge, depending on needs, of part of the after-sales service

Workshop Mechanic/After-Sales Service Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on equipment and vehicles
• Carry out technical inspections and functional tests
• Prepare and commission new or repaired equipment
• Ensure the management of after-sales requests and the monitoring of interventions
• Advise customers on repairs, warranties, and technical solutions
• Coordinate parts orders and the monitoring of after-sales files
• Participate in the organization of the workshop and the maintenance of an optimal working environment

Profile

• CFC as a mechanic, mechatronician or equivalent technical training
• Experience in a mechanical workshop, ideally supplemented by after-sales service skills
• Ease in exchanges with customers and a sense of service
• Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented person
• Category B driving license
