Senior Accountant (M/F) — 80%-100 %

Your responsibilities

Independently manage monthly and annual closings, in strict compliance with deadlines. Ensure the reliability of our financial data and the optimization of our processes. Prepare annual accounts in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). Prepare group reporting (BFC / OneStream) and ensure CO adjustments - reconcile intra-group accounts and transactions for the needs of [completing] all tax and VAT obligations, including intercantonal allocations. Ensure the accounting follow-up of stocks and margins in collaboration with the Business Analyst. Contribute to the internal control system and collaborate with the audit body as a technical referent on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Actively participate in digitalization and continuous improvement projects.

Your profile

Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting indispensable. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Swiss accounting with autonomous mastery of monthly and annual closings. Excellent knowledge of accounting law, VAT and taxation; good mastery of Excel and ease with ERPs; Business Central and OneStream / BFC constitute assets. Autonomy, rigor, analytical spirit and approach to responsibilities, respect for deadlines and discretion; good knowledge of French and German.
