In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a rigorous and autonomous Waste Operator. In a demanding environment, you will contribute to the collection, sorting, and management of waste while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures. ### What awaits you * Collect waste in defined areas according to established frequencies and procedures * Control the identification and compliance of waste before its handling * Transport waste to the planned storage areas or collection points using suitable equipment * Ensure the sorting, separation, and proper management of different waste streams * Maintain waste premises and parks clean, orderly, and compliant with site requirements * Report any anomaly, sorting error, or unidentified waste * Complete tracking documents and ensure waste traceability * Prepare orders and removals intended for collection service providers * Respect and promote health, safety, and environmental rules in all activities ### What you bring * 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a pharmaceutical, industrial, or logistics environment * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), an asset * Very good command of French, both spoken and written * Driving license and forklift license mandatory * Sense of responsibility, rigor, and strict respect for safety procedures * Ability to work autonomously and to report any deviation or anomaly * Customer orientation, flexibility, team spirit, and transparent communication * Adherence to ISS values: cohesion, honesty, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and quality ### Ready for us?
