Fiduciary Accountant with Federal Diploma (M/F)

Accounting, payroll, taxation and audit assistance

Our fiduciary company is looking for a male or female employee holding a federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or as a fiduciary agent, wishing to put their skills at the service of a varied clientele and to pursue their professional development.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the accounting of SMEs up to the preparation of annual closings: closing entries, reconciliations and justification of balances.
• Prepare annual accounts and constitute complete and documented closing files.
• Establish payslips as well as salary certificates and report them to the social security funds.
• Prepare tax returns for legal entities and individuals and participate in the monitoring of tax files.
• Prepare VAT returns and perform concordance checks.
• Participate in limited audit mandates under the supervision of the responsible auditor: preparation of files, execution of assigned work and documentation of results.
• Ensure exchanges with clients to obtain necessary documents and information.
• Organize assigned work, respect deadlines and inform the mandate manager of their progress and any difficulties encountered.

Profile Description ##

Your profile

• Federal Diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or fiduciary agent.
• Practical experience in Swiss fiduciary services, with good knowledge of accounting and taxation of legal entities and individuals.
• Ability to take charge of files corresponding to your level of competence and to identify issues requiring validation.
• Rigorous, structured working method attentive to the quality of files.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating actively with mandate managers and other employees.
• Sense of service, discretion and ease in relations with clients.
• Professional curiosity, desire to deepen your knowledge and motivation

to progress in the profession.

• Initial experience in audit assistance is an asset.
