Operations Director - Sierre Site

for the Sierre site, which employs 100 people. Thus, you are responsible for the operations of the site and the management, planning, and organization of all operations of your Sierre site (production, logistics, technical, infrastructure, and project) and guarantee a fluid "just in time" supply and timely delivery for all customers. Project management in the field of logistics or process management aimed at optimizing the processing of workwear and linen and improving customer satisfaction are also part of your area of responsibility. With your team, you manage the interfaces between the different sectors. Furthermore, you achieve the objectives of your area of responsibility in terms of productivity, costs, deadlines, as well as other defined indicators. You ensure that the structural and functional organization is compliant with market standards and encourage your team in a climate of trust, based on the values of the Bardusch company.

You have a basic education in the field of metallurgy or, textile or, electronics or machines, as well as continuing education in project and process management. You also have knowledge in Lean Management. In addition, you have already achieved success in a comparable position in a production company and can boast several years of management experience. You distinguish yourself by your ability to lead projects – including in structuring and modification processes –, as well as by your interpersonal qualities and your ability to motivate teams. You quickly identify issues and convince through your approach that is both analytical and entrepreneurial. You are a role model, provide impulses, and credibly embody the company values. Your organizational and planning skills allow you to permanently maintain an overview as well as your composure, while energetically rolling up your own sleeves. You communicate easily in French and ideally have good knowledge of German.
