• You organize and coordinate the daily schedule of the technicians.
• You enter and update customer data and installations in SAP.
• You enter and process after-sales service reports in MODI.
• You receive telephone calls and respond to requests from our customers.
• You handle customer requests by telephone, e-mail or other communication channels.
• You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our processes.
• You provide general administrative support to the after-sales service manager.
• You prepare and support activities related to after-sales service invoicing.
• You actively advise our customers and propose our services to them, in particular our maintenance contracts.
• You establish and send maintenance contracts and ensure the follow-up of acceptances, modifications and cancellations.
• Training: Basic commercial training
• Personality and working method: reliable, conscientious, responsible, structured and autonomous
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar function
• Languages: French native language; other linguistic knowledge, notably in German, constitutes an advantage
