Production mechanic (M/F)

Desired profile:

• CFC in production mechanics or training deemed equivalent * Proven experience of several years in precision machining on conventional and/or CNC machines * Experience in a watchmaking, microtechnical, or high-precision mechanical environment * Knowledge of CAM and optimization of manufacturing processes, an asset * Excellent mastery of reading technical drawings and metrology * Proficiency in the setup, commissioning, and production monitoring on machining centers * Good knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and mechanical manufacturing techniques. * Ability to control the quality of produced parts and to intervene on adjustments when necessary. * Developed technical sense and a strong interest in modern industrial environments * Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with production teams * Driver's license (cat. B) and vehicle, an asset Your mission:
• Perform machining of precision mechanical parts using conventional machines and CNC machining centers + Perform the setup, commissioning, and production monitoring of manufacturing equipment + Read and interpret technical drawings, manufacturing sequences, and production documents + Participate in simple programming and the optimization of CNC machines in collaboration with technical teams + Ensure production monitoring and perform necessary adjustment corrections to guarantee the conformity of parts + Control dimensions, tolerances, and the quality of components using standard measurement methods + Perform assembly, mounting, or finishing operations according to production needs + Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment and ensure the proper functioning of the installations + Apply the quality, safety, and continuous improvement procedures in force within the company jpid37c24f4jm jpit1044jm jpiy26jm
