Professional experience ####

Proven professional experience in a production environment as well as in leading teams and in continuous improvement processes (CIP)

Higher Vocational School ####

Higher education at the level of a Höhere Fachschule, a higher professional examination or a university of applied sciences, ideally supplemented by management training

German (good knowledge) ####

French (very good knowledge) ####

Ideally bilingual French/German, with German skills of at least level B1 to B2.

Mandatory

Strong leadership skills as well as experience in leading teams with different profiles

Good knowledge of common IT tools, especially Microsoft Office and SAP
