Compliance & due diligence manager (M/F)

In order to integrate our Compliance team, we are looking for a compliance & due diligence manager (M/F)

You are rigorous and responsible, and have good communication skills in order to work with multidisciplinary teams. You have a proactive attitude and are a source of proposals.

Compliance & due diligence manager

Your Impact:

• Compile, update and monitor business relationship files according to our due diligence process (including risk analysis)
• Draft and evolve internal policies and procedures related to compliance, responsible sourcing and supply chain due diligence
• Prepare and coordinate certification and compliance audits falling within the compliance scope (notably AML, LBMA, RJC and client audits excluding quality audits) and ensure follow-up on findings
• Plan, conduct and document audits at the sites of our precious metals suppliers (ASM mines, collectors, recyclers), customers and other partners
• Prepare and present to the Sourcing Committee the business relationship entry, periodic review and enhanced due diligence files, accompanied by a risk analysis and reasoned recommendations
• Raise awareness and train employees on topics related to AML and compliance
• Supervise a compliance coordinator and collaborate closely with the group's Legal department

You make the difference if:

• You possess higher education in law and/or economics or in a related field
• You benefit from a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in compliance / AML, ideally in precious metals, commodity trading or the financial sector
• You have proven experience in field audits on several continents and on-site due diligence with suppliers, including notably conducting interviews and reporting findings
• You have experience and demonstrated skills in the identification and assessment of risks regarding anti-money laundering, environmental, social and human rights, ideally in the mining, precious metals, recycling or commodity sectors
• You are a native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written
• You are available for regular international travel, including to high-risk jurisdictions
