In order to strengthen our teams in Pully and Fribourg, we are looking for a mandate manager with several years of experience within a fiduciary, ideally with an expert diploma as well as accreditation with the ASR.

You demonstrate solid experience in fiduciary and/or auditing and wish to evolve in a dynamic and demanding environment.

In this responsible role, you will autonomously manage a portfolio of SME clients, with a particular focus on the restaurant and hotel sectors. You are a trusted partner for your clients and accompany them proactively in their financial, tax and organizational challenges. Furthermore, you perform ordinary and limited audits.

Tasks ###

Accounting and consulting mandates

• You autonomously manage and develop your own portfolio of SME clients
• You are the main interlocutor and advise your clients proactively
• You supervise and accompany employees (assistant accountants), ensuring the quality of the work
• You guarantee compliance with current standards and optimize accounting processes
• You supervise payroll management on your files
• You accompany your clients in their financial, organizational and strategic decisions (company creation, restructuring, succession, etc.)

Auditing

• You perform ordinary and limited audits in accordance with the requirements of the CO and the ASR

Taxation & VAT

• You act as a trusted partner in tax consulting (optimization, planning)
• You supervise the preparation of tax returns (PP and PM) as well as the preparation of VAT returns
• You advise our clients in more complex tax situations

Cooperation

• You collaborate closely with the management as well as with the other sites in French-speaking Switzerland

Digitalization & automation

• You participate actively in the optimization and automation of fiduciary processes for your clients. You accompany your clients in their digital transition

Requirements ###

• Training - Holder of an expert diploma
• Proven experience - Several years of experience in fiduciary, ideally in an SME environment - or "big 4" profile with a desire to seek a more human environment.
• Digital skills - Ideally knowledge of Abacus and M-Files software; pleasure in accompanying our clients in their digital transformation
• Languages - Excellent command of French; knowledge of German is a great asset
• Interpersonal skills - Marked interpersonal ease, strong capacity for initiative and entrepreneurial spirit for portfolio development
• Proximity - Pleasure in advising and sustainably accompanying families of entrepreneurs
• Autonomy & rigor - Ability to work independently, organized and efficient
• Proactivity & flexibility - Solution-oriented approach, sense of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
