Your mission: It revolves around the needs in terms of security, safety and protection of people and property. In compliance with occupational safety standards, you develop and implement the site's security and occupational risk prevention policy. You are responsible for assessing and preventing occupational risks within the management and other services, you develop and implement prevention and awareness programs for industrial and natural risks in order to reduce incidents, their human and financial consequences, implement monitoring and evaluation tools for occupational accidents or industrial accidents and develop protocols to correct and reduce these events, you will also be required to take charge of specific projects and manage interlocutors, you are the guarantor of the service state and the functioning of the equipment for protecting installations and infrastructures as well as measures allowing to protect health, you are the referent for the emergency services, the service ensuring the safety of the site and the cantonal security and law enforcement services, you manage the site's access control concept and are responsible for implementing all necessary measures to maintain the safety of the site, you may be required to take charge of certification or labeling procedures relating to hygiene and safety issues. Your profile: You benefit from technical training completed by an MSST security officer certificate (or equivalent) with significant experience in the pharmaceutical and/or chemical industry and endowed with a keen sense of observation. Your communication skills and your pedagogy allow you to advise and motivate departments on all matters relating to security, health, safety and also to environmental risk management. You organize and provide training sessions and courses on these subjects. You master the French language with good knowledge of English. You have a very good mastery of office IT tools linked to very good writing skills, notably for the drafting of PGHS, instructions and security procedures. You are familiar with risk analysis methods (workplace risk analyses, ATEX, HAZOP, etc.) and know how to develop and execute these methodologies. You know how to lead concrete improvement projects and involve employees in this process. Finally, your ability to communicate in a concise and effective manner, your sense of organization and your team spirit are qualities that perfect your profile.
