As part of an internal evolution within our organization, a new opportunity is opening up within our French-speaking Switzerland Service. We are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a Service Manager at 100 % to take over responsibility for the Genève-Morges sector.

Reporting to our Crissier site, you will ensure a regular presence in the field with our customers in your sector.

Your mission: ##

As part of an internal evolution within our organization, a new opportunity is opening up within our French-speaking Switzerland Service. We are looking for our future Service Manager to take over responsibility for the Genève-Morges sector. Reporting to our Crissier site, you will ensure the operational, technical, and economic management of your sector, in close collaboration with our technicians, our Team Leader, scheduling, and administration.

Your main tasks:

• Analysis of needs on site, taking measurements and preparing offers
• Monitoring of offers, Service mandates, and technician reports
• Operational and technical coordination with technicians and the Team Leader
• Requests for necessary permits for interventions on public property in Genève
• Monitoring of turnover and profitability of your sector
• Maintenance and development of customer relations through Service quality, professionalism, and provided solutions
• Monitoring of warehouse stock and collaboration with scheduling and administration

Your profile ##

• CFC in blinds/shutters or equivalent technical training
• Several years of proven experience in the field of blinds and sun protection
• Solid technical knowledge, taking measurements and preparing offers
• Autonomy, stress management, sense of responsibility, and good organizational skills
• Ease with IT and digital tools (CRM, professional applications, Microsoft Office)
• Very good knowledge of French; German is an asset.
• Category B driving license
