In order to complete its Management team, Le Réseau Santé de la Glâne is advertising the position of ### Human Resources Director at 90%-100% Mission * Define, propose and implement HR policy * Analyze and propose HR directions consistent with the challenges of the RSG * Adapt, develop HR processes and procedures * Be able to accompany change and unite * Identify and steer priority areas regarding staff skills development * Verify the correct application of regulatory provisions and equity regarding working conditions * Steer the engagement and welcome of employees in consultation with sector managers * Ensure a role of advice, support and mediator in personnel management * Accompany the evolutions of the institution and ensure the implementation of conditions favorable to the engagement, development and retention of employees Profile * Federal diploma of specialist in corporate human resources or training deemed equivalent * Solid knowledge in HR management, labor law and organizational development * Experience in the health sector * Experience in the structuring of an HR department and the organization of its activities * Great writing skills * Interpersonal skills - discretion - proactivity * Good organizational capacity and spirit of collaboration We offer A humanly rich environment, continuous challenges related to our areas of activity, rich and diversified contacts, requiring great solidity in dialogue and in the line of conduct.
