Service communal de l'action sociale

Your mission / You will join the Service communal de l'action sociale as a jurist. You will ensure the processing of litigation files, provide legal support to social workers, and contribute to the development of the service's practices. The missions of the position include, in particular, the management of administrative and legal procedures in matters of social assistance, the processing of oppositions and appeals, the representation of the interests of the Ville before judicial authorities when necessary, as well as the maintenance of legal monitoring. You will also provide internal training on current legal themes related to social assistance.

Your profile / Personal skills / You hold a university degree in Swiss law. You possess excellent legal analysis and writing skills and enjoy working in an environment where human issues meet the requirements of law. Experience and a strong interest in the field of social assistance, social insurance, or administrative law is an advantage. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, good organizational skills, and enjoy teamwork as well as collaboration with numerous institutional partners.

Desired start date / 1st October 2026 or by agreement.
