Desired profile:

• Proven experience in personnel planning and operations within a road transport or public transport environment * Excellent mastery of legislation relating to working and rest time (LDT/OLDT) * Good understanding of operational challenges related to the operation of a transport network and the management of disruptions * Category D driving license, a real asset * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with various interlocutors * Ease in negotiation and coordination with internal and external partners * Autonomous, organized, and rigorous person, capable of managing several priorities simultaneously * Analytical mind, sense of anticipation, and ability to make relevant decisions in a demanding environment * Ability to maintain a global vision of operations while providing concrete and field-oriented solutions Your mission:
• Ensure the planning and distribution of driving staff in order to guarantee optimal coverage of operational needs. + Develop schedules and service plans taking into account the transport offer, operational constraints, current legislation (LDT/OLDT), and applicable collective agreements + Coordinate impacts related to roadworks in collaboration with authorities, public services, and the various partners concerned + Ensure the continuity and reliability of transport services by anticipating operational constraints and implementing the necessary measures + Analyze customer needs and propose adapted and high-performance transport solutions + Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and working groups related to road operations + Identify risks, anticipate unforeseen events, and provide pragmatic solutions aimed at optimizing the organization and the quality of services jpidc1c2753jm jpit1043jm jpiy26jm
