Electrical Project Manager (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission

As part of our collaboration with one of our clients, a company active in the field of electrical installations, we are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to strengthen their team. Your responsibilities: - Ensure the management and monitoring of electrical installation projects, from their design to their realization. - Plan, coordinate and supervise the different stages of the projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality requirements. - Supervise and support technical employees by promoting knowledge sharing and the efficient distribution of tasks. - Develop and monitor technical documents, tenders as well as financial estimates. - Guarantee the compliance of installations with current standards and regulations. - Ensure coordination with the various stakeholders: clients, mandatories, suppliers and partner companies. - Actively participate in site meetings and ensure the technical and administrative follow-up of the projects.

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of electricity (CFC, federal diploma, ES diploma or training deemed equivalent). - Confirmed professional experience of at least 2 to 3 years in the electrical installation sector, ideally in an engineering office - Ability to coordinate a technical team, to delegate missions effectively and to transmit your knowledge. - Good mastery of CAN software, particularly for the preparation and processing of descriptions and tenders. - Basic knowledge of computer-aided drawing and design tools, such as AutoCAD or Relux. - Good understanding and use of the construction cost codes (CFC) within the framework of project management and monitoring. - Solid knowledge of Swiss technical prescriptions, notably the NIBT standards, the OIBT ordinance and the AEAI fire protection directives. - Sense of organization, autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously. - Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and a solution-oriented approach.
