Development Sector & Product Development Manager

What you accomplish ###

• Ensure the steering and development of the pilot hall
• Support project managers in the design, quality/regulatory compliance, and industrialization of new products
• Optimize processes, equipment, and operating procedures
• Supervise and develop the team's skills
• Promote collaboration between R&D, Production, Quality, and Maintenance

What you bring ###

• Bildung: École supérieure
• Specialization: in food technologies, engineering, or process engineering
• Professional experience: Proven experience in product development and/or process engineering
• Experience in management and project management
• Leadership, pragmatism, and affinity for the digitalization of processes
• Just as comfortable with a recipe as with a process diagram
• Capable of linking commercial requirements and industrial constraints
• Strong taste for field work and technical problem solving
• Capable of uniting an experienced team
• French (B2)
• English (B1)
• German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
