Legal Counsel, holder of the bar exam 80-100%, Ecublens

The Legal Department guides the company and its staff through the intricacies of the legal and regulatory framework and guarantees the legal integrity of the SSR.

Your mission ####

Within the Legal Department team, you assume the following responsibilities:

• Advising editorial departments on media law;
• Drafting responses to complaints intended for the Independent Appeals Body for radio and television as well as the Press Council;
• Monitoring procedures within the framework of the law regarding administrative transparency;
• Managing the company's litigation files, if necessary in consultation with external representatives;
• Legal support for the company's technological projects involving the processing of personal data;
• Drafting contracts, legal opinions, internal memos and other documents related to the relevant areas of activity;

Your profile ####

• You hold a bar exam, with a minimum of 2 years of experience within a company or a law firm in the aforementioned legal fields;
• You are a native French speaker. You have very good knowledge of German, both written and oral. Knowledge of Italian and English would be an asset.
• You are an open-minded, dynamic and resilient person, endowed with strong communication skills and you know how to interact easily with very diverse stakeholders.
• You like to work in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner; you possess analytical, writing and conceptual skills, and you negotiate with skill and determination.
• You demonstrate team spirit and appreciate a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to work, while showing an interest in the different linguistic regions of Switzerland.
