The Real Estate service intervenes upstream of projects, from the identification of an opportunity to its maturation, then its transmission to the implementation teams. In order to support this dynamic and to strengthen a function that has become central to the development of the network, we are looking for a Project Manager - Real Estate ------------------------------------- ### Imagine, secure and advance the future locations of Migros Vaud ### Your responsibilities Reporting to the Real Estate Manager, you manage several projects for the implementation, relocation or development of stores. You analyze the potential of land, buildings or existing projects and assess their feasibility from real estate, technical, regulatory and economic angles. You lead the necessary steps to advance files until their maturity, notably with owners, developers, municipalities and authorities. You contribute to the prospecting of new opportunities, conduct negotiations and coordinate internal specialists in order to develop solid profitability analyses. A true conductor, you present the projects to the real estate committee and accompany their development until their transmission to the implementation teams. The position thus follows a logic of managing real estate opportunities, from the initial idea to their implementation. ### Your profile You have confirmed experience in the development or setup of real estate projects and are able to quickly evaluate the potential of a site, its constraints as well as its possibilities for transformation or construction. Your technical background allows you to take into account the economic, regulatory and operational dimensions of a project. Comfortable in negotiation, you know how to communicate with various interlocutors and defend your recommendations with clarity and pragmatism. Experience in retail or commercial real estate constitutes an asset, as does a good knowledge of the canton of Vaud and its players. Humble, agile and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you appreciate collaborative environments and know how to adapt your approach. You benefit from higher education in real estate, architecture, engineering, or urban planning or any other training deemed equivalent.
