As a Logistics Systems Engineer, you play an essential role at the heart of the Avenches Production Center operations. Your mission: to guarantee the performance and evolution of the systems that orchestrate every day the logistical flows that enable us to supply our customers throughout the world.

Beyond the technical aspect, you work in close collaboration with field teams, central experts, suppliers, and partners in order to transform operational challenges into concrete and sustainable solutions.

Logistics Systems Engineer

How will you have an impact as a Logistics Systems Engineer?

• Guarantee the availability, stability, and performance of the logistics systems that pilot the site's automated flows and guarantee their visibility through the creation of reporting.
• Be the local referent for WMS, WCS solutions and associated applications, while ensuring their continuous evolution.
• Lead or contribute to strategic projects for the modernization, migration, and transformation of logistics systems.
• Share knowledge, document solutions, and contribute to the development of the team's collective expertise.

What will make you successful

• Higher education in industrial computing, systems engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in the fields of logistics, Supply Chain, manufacturing, or industrial systems.
• Good mastery of databases (mySQL, SSMS), data flows (ETL, ELT), and integration platforms (IBM AppConnect).
• Ability to analyze complex situations, take initiatives, and drive actions until their resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors.
• Mastery of French and English.
