Persag SA is looking, for one of its partners in the field of home care, for a motivated ASSC to strengthen a team in the canton du Jura.

Your mission

• Ensure the care and support of patients at home while respecting their habits and autonomy ;
• Perform basic care and medico-technical acts within your field of competence, upon delegation ;
• Accompany patients in activities of daily living ;
• Observe the general state of the patient and be attentive to any evolution of their situation ;
• Transmit relevant observations to the nursing team ;
• Participate in the continuity and quality of care ;
• Promote the maintenance of autonomy and well-being of the persons accompanied ;
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other stakeholders in the care network ;
• Ensure rigorous documentation of care and interventions ;
• Respect the rules of hygiene, safety, confidentiality, and current procedures.

Your profile

• Holder of a CFC as Assistant in Community Nursing and Health (ASSC)
• Comfortable in contact with patients and their relatives ;
• Benevolent, respectful, and attentive to the needs of each person ;
• Autonomous and capable of taking initiatives within the scope of your competence ;
• Organized and capable of managing priorities ;
• Equipped with good observation skills and good communication skills ;
• Appreciates teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration ;
• Flexible regarding schedules and different types of interventions ;
• Holder of a driver's license and possessing a vehicle, indispensable for travel between homes.
