Wishing to strengthen the team of the Service intercommunal d'informatique (SIACG), the Association des communes genevoises (ACG) is looking for an ICT Engineer - M365 100%

Le Service intercommunal d'informatique (SIACG) is a group of the association des communes genevoises (ACG) - a public law entity. Its mission is to ensure and develop a quality service for the benefit of its partners and its clients: the member Geneva communes as well as intercommunal groupings.

Your main missions:

Participate in the management of the Microsoft 365 platform in hybrid mode, including the configuration of Microsoft Purview for hybridized environments;

Analyze new requirements, particularly those related to data classification and the evolution of Microsoft Purview (labeling, protection, audits);

Deploy and maintain automatic and manual labeling policies in Microsoft Purview, in compliance with the classification policy;

Participate in the resolution of incidents related to Purview (labeling conflicts, access restrictions, classification errors);

Automate labeling workflows via Microsoft Graph PowerShell and Power Automate;

Advise and train users on the application of sensitivity labels and best practices for data management;

Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support as well as on-call duty (24x7).

Training, experience and required skills:

HES Bachelor in computer science, Federal Diploma or deemed equivalent experience;

5 years of experience minimum, including at least 2 years specifically on Microsoft Purview;

Excellent knowledge and experience of the hybrid Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on:

Microsoft Purview (labeling, classification, data protection);

Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK for automation;

Power Automate for the creation of automatic labeling flows;

Microsoft Entra ID and access rights management (conditional access, cross-tenant);

Mastery of PowerShell, Python (support appreciated) and Purview flow monitoring tools. Knowledge of Geneva legal obligations (nLIPAD) is an asset.
