Mandated by our client, we are looking for a

Set-up Mechanic specialized in erosion

• CFC in mechanics, micromechanics or training deemed equivalent * Experience in wire erosion indispensable and sinker erosion optional * Knowledge of programming and milling is an asset. * Proven experience of several years in a similar position in an industrial environment * Rigorous, methodical, pragmatic, flexible, autonomous person, demonstrating initiative * Person oriented towards continuous improvement, curious and open to challenges
• Ensures the setup and adjustment of the machine (mounting parts on fixtures, taking origins on 3D measuring machines, loading programs) + Ensures the start of production respecting the instructions of the manufacturing range (mounting tooling/fixtures/ Setup and adjustment, changing programs) + Feeds the machine or equipment with raw materials respecting the scheduling of manufacturing orders and the machining processes defined by methods + Applies the quality monitoring plan + Performs dimensional and aesthetic control operations of the manufactured components + Detects, identifies deviations observed in manufacturing and performs corrective actions within the limits of the instructions + Detects and reports anomalies, proposes improvements + Removes chips into the areas reserved for this purpose + Applies and ensures the application of preventive maintenance plans for the machines + Participates in the continuous improvement of their work environment + Respectes Hygiene, Safety and Security rules at their workstation and in the manufacture + Participates in training actions within the framework of evolutions in the manufacturing process + Transmits information and ensures the handover of instructions between teams jpidc554baejm jpit1044jm jpiy26jm
