Timber framing project manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage timber framing projects from A to Z, from planning to invoicing
• Ensure the interface between internal teams, partners and subcontractors
• Ensure regular reporting and rigorous administrative follow-up of projects
• Supervise, support and motivate employees assigned to projects
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets and fixed objectives
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety standards
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the progress of construction sites

Profile

• CFC carpenter with a master carpenter diploma and/or ES technician in wood construction
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Good mastery of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent knowledge of Cadwork software, Baubit represents an asset
