Join our team of more than 300 employees and become our: What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating: * You advise insured persons by telephone and/or in writing on all LPP benefits * You are the contact person for our insured persons, service providers and social insurance institutions * Dynamic and attentive, very customer service oriented and enjoying providing support to different types of interlocutors * You collaborate with your colleagues according to the skills necessary for the management of your portfolio and work autonomously, according to the framework defined by your manager. What you bring to HOTELA: * You have a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training * You are a native French or Italian speaker with at least a C1 level in the second language * You have a keen interest in social insurances, particularly in the field of pension provision * You are a responsible person possessing a very good analytical and synthesis spirit.
