Mandated by a high-end watchmaking Manufacture located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a long-term temporary mission (CDI),

Quality Technical Controllers (M/F) -

2x8 shift schedule

Responsibilities ##

• Control watchmaking components according to the control range and defined criteria and highlight any defects
• Perform the various aesthetic and/or functional controls of parts using appropriate tools and according to established control ranges or available plans
• Make decisions on acceptance, refusal, downgrading, or destruction in accordance with the House policy
• In case of non-conformity, diagnose the interventions to be carried out and return the parts for correction or repair

Ensure the IT management of products

• Receive products and perform data entry into the current information systems
• Record the control result in the IT system
• Perform the follow-up of defective parts

Ensure reporting of activity

• Collect quality data and share it with the teams, the quality assurance technician of the Ilot and their manager
• Capitalize on feedback

Participate in the continuous improvement of the work environment

• Make proposals for quality improvement (control range, typical defect panels, definition plans)

Profile ###

• * Technical training
• Experience in quality technical control
• Mastery of reading plans
• Good knowledge of products and common measuring instruments, including 3D (Keyence and Zeiss)
• Mastery of IT tools, SAP
• Ability to exercise judgment
• Sense of observation and detail
• Rigor
• Reactivity and resistance to stress
• TQ1 training desired or equivalent
• Willing to work in a 2x8 shift schedule (5h00-13h00 / 13h00-21h15 and 20h00 on Friday)
