Within our CORE Recruitment Suisse Romande department, specialized in high-volume recruitment for our key accounts, we are looking for a:

Your missions:
In close collaboration with our clients based in the Fribourg region, you qualify profiles and make an important contribution to the success of recruiting vacancies in the industrial and logistics sectors. You have talents corresponding to the recurring needs of our clients permanently at your disposal thanks to effective daily sourcing and pooling.
Your daily tasks will be:

• Utilizing social networks, job boards and our internal CV database
• Posting advertisements, sourcing and job interviews.
• Preparing files and sending applications to the various interlocutors.
• Sending the necessary assignment information to our CORE Administrative department.

Your profile:
To succeed in this position, you ideally have:

• A basic commercial training in a service company and you have completed training as a Personnel Management Assistant (an asset).
• A first professional experience in personnel recruitment and have managed large recruitment volumes. Reactivity and versatility are key.
• You speak French perfectly. English and/or German are an asset.
• You stand out for your interpersonal skills, your excellent team spirit and your desire to learn. You work in close collaboration with others.
• You are organized and know how to work in a team or autonomously.
