Recognized and essential for more than 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialized in the provision of administrative and management personnel, temporary and fixed, in many economic sectors, such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions.

We wish to recruit a Management Assistant fr-eng for a fixed position within a small private bank.

Mission :
-------------

• administrative support to Middle East client managers
• preparation of client/prospect appointments
• account openings, updating of legal and KYC files
• processing of transfer orders, incoming funds and credit cards
• entry and confirmation of stock market orders, fiduciary investments and foreign exchange transactions
• coordination of client requests with the various internal teams
• monitoring of client accounts and routine administration

Profile
----------

• Banking CFC or similar training, native French language and fluent English, Arabic is an asset
• 5 to 8 years of successful experience in a similar position in a Private Bank in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of banking operations, interest in financial products and markets
• Knowledge of CDB/LBA laws and regulations
• Very good mastery of MS Office and S2i if possible
• Organized, rigorous, sense of service, flexible and committed
• Resident in Switzerland and available quickly
