• As part of the service and cleaning team, you ensure cleanliness and order in and around the station, thereby contributing to a pleasant travel experience.
• You empty waste containers, collect litter, and clean glass surfaces, ashtray pillars, and track systems.
• Under guidance, you perform special cleanings such as surface, window, and high-pressure cleaning and remove chewing gum.
• You rectify identified defects or deficiencies using suitable means or report them to the responsible department.
• When asked, you support travelers in and around the station with information.
• You use vehicles, cleaning machines, and work equipment according to regulations and ensure their proper care and maintenance.

This is what you bring with you.

• You work independently, reliably, and in a customer-oriented manner, communicate clearly in direct contact with travelers, and value strong team cohesion.
• You find the confident use of digital work tools such as the smartphone easy and you enjoy practical work with a manual connection.
• Several years of professional experience in cleaning, facility services, or hospitality, as well as a category B driver's license, round off your profile.
• You are attentive, concentrated, and physically resilient to successfully perform the demanding activity in 24-hour shift operation. Additionally, you enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• You see irregular working hours, assignments on weekends, and shift work as an opportunity for a flexible design of your free time.
• You have proficiency in German at least at level B1, ideally at level B2.
