A stone's throw from the Morges train station, in brand new premises, GO2, the French-speaking center for surgery, sports medicine, and arts has been created by a specialized and passionate team. It is intended for adolescents who regularly practice physical activity, regardless of their level, whether in a leisure, club, or elite category context. This team of doctors, surgeons, or therapists also advises any adolescent wishing to start or resume a physical activity.

In order to strengthen our versatile team, we are looking for the Centre GO2 for a:

Medical Assistant (F/M) at 80%

Permanent contract, start date 1 December 2026

YOU POSSESS

• A CFC as a medical assistant, or a title deemed equivalent.
• Previous experience within a medical practice, pediatrics is an asset
• Skills in blood sampling and laboratory analyses.
• A strong interest in administrative tasks, logistics, and patient coordination.
• Flexibility and versatility in order to provide doctors with quality support in the execution of current and exceptional activities.
• A good team spirit and a keen sense of responsibility.
• Recognized skills in the use of IT tools as well as excellent spelling.
• A strong team spirit, autonomy, and the desire to evolve in an environment promoting collegiality.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the reception and orientation of patients.
• Guarantee an excellent patient experience on a daily basis.
• Provide care, ensure clinical monitoring of patients, and assist doctors during specific interventional and non-interventional care.
• Perform routine diagnostic services: laboratory, ECG, Remler, Apnealink, etc.
• Manage the telephone service and message taking.
• Ensure the management of billing for medical acts.
• Ensure the follow-up of all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the center such as email and schedule management.
• Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of patients' physical medical files
• Perform the typing, proofreading, and transmission of medical reports and examination results to doctors within adequate timeframes.
