Do you want to actively support the general managers of our subsidiaries in the West region as a dedicated partner in management controlling?
Within our growing and future-oriented company, we are looking for a communicative person to join our team.

Controller (all)

Your tasks

• You will assist the general managers of various subsidiaries of different sizes in financial management.
• You are passionate about data analysis and developing action recommendations based on complete data from financial accounting, cost accounting, or standardized key performance indicators (KPI).
• You will support and validate the monthly management controlling of client projects and prepare project evaluations with the general managers.
• You will also support the subsidiaries in the budgeting process, in the preparation of monthly, semi-annual, and annual accounts, and prepare quarterly activity reports with the group management.
• Depending on your experience and your assets, you may take on additional projects.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in business administration (university/HES/ES), a federal diploma in finance and accounting with additional training in controlling, or you are an expert in accounting and controlling.
• You have 2-3 years of experience in management controlling. Initial experience in project management (building technology or construction) is an asset.
• You are flexible and communicative. Your style distinguishes you.
• You have team spirit and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• You have perfect command of Excel and quickly assimilate complex data structures. Experience with BI tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is an asset.
• You speak French fluently. Excellent command of German in writing and speaking is indispensable.
