As ACTION Assistant Store Manager, you will be jointly responsible for the sale of our surprising assortment as well as the management of a team of store employees. You will support the Store Manager in monitoring sales, managing orders and stock, and you will propose ideas to improve the store layout and shelf organization in order to optimize sales. You will monitor the team's progress and ensure the store always has an impeccable appearance. You will also be jointly responsible for staff schedule planning as well as recruitment management. You will answer questions from your colleagues and customers, ensuring they always leave with a smile.

What are we looking for?

• You have at least two years of professional experience in retail or a similar function
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and know how to motivate a team
• You are solution-oriented and your good mood is contagious

• French is your native language and you speak English
